Our company was formerly known as Qingdao Xiesheng Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd., which is the earliest domestic enterprise engaged in the research and development and import and export of anti-static plates.We provide solutions to a variety of challenges, from preventing classical discharge damage in semiconductors to improving wear resistance, scratch resistance and abrasion resistance of various plastic substrates.
Established in 2010 as Xiesheng Rubber & Plastic , one of the comprehensive manufacturers for functional processing on various materials, we have been focused on the research and development in production and overall solutions of optical functional protective plastic plates,such as anti-static / anti-glare /chemical resistant / abrasion hard-coating/ weatherable hard-coating enhancement on acrylic / PC /P V C / P C T sheets and so on. They are widely used in electronics, electrical, communications manufacturing, liquid crystal display, electronic equipment, semiconductors, precision instruments, medicine, optical manufacturing, vehicle manufacturing, new energy and building decoration and other fields at home and abroad.
We have an automatic ultra-long coating UV hardening production line, and have built a dust-free workshop of 100 billion, which can meet the needs of non-standard plate coating with a product width of more than 2 meters and a length of more than 5 meters.In addition, we use the most sophisticated laser cutting machines and CNC cutting machines, mechanical engraving tolerances of less than 0.2mm,CNC machining tolerances of less than 0.1mm, easy to achieve high-precision more complex plate cutting.
